B) Profile:

 You have choices about the information on your profile such as, educational qualification: Qualification, University/Board, Institution, Year, Score, Professional Experience. You don’t have to provide additional information on your profile; however, profile information helps you to get more from our services, including helping employer’s and business opportunities find you. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile and to make that sensitive information public. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.

1.1.2.Employer’s Information:

a) To create an account, you need to provide data including:

 Representative Name

 Phone number/Alternative number

 Email ID + OTP

 GST number

 ID Card

 Representative Name

 Payment Details: Debit card/Credit card and other UPI related details of the employer.

We receive personal data (e.g., your job title and work email address) about you when you use the services of our customers, such as employer or employees and supplicant tracking systems providing us job application data.

1.1.3.Posting and Uploading:

We collect personal data from you when you provide, post or upload it to our services, such as when you fill out a form, (e.g., with demographic data or salary), respond to a survey, or submit a resume or fill out a job application on our services. If you opt to import your address book, we receive your contacts (including contact information your service provider (s) or app automatically added to your address book when you communicated with addresses or numbers not already in your list).

1.2. Contact and Calendar Information:

We receive personal data (including contact information) about you when others import or sync their contacts or calendar with our services, associate their contacts member profiles, scan, and upload business cards, or send messages using our services (including invites or connection request). If you or others opt-in to sync email accounts with our services, we will also collect email header information that we can associate with member profiles.

2. Usage Data:

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Our App collects location data when the Jobox Hire App is running in the foreground (app is open and on-screen) or background (app is not in use) of their mobile device. Jobox Hire collect’s location data only when the when the employer/employee have enabled the icon “On-Duty” on the Jobox Hire App.

We collect precise or approximate location data from the users’ mobile devices if they enable us to do so. We collect this data from the time an employee/employer is requested until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground of their mobile device. We use this data to enhance your use of our apps, including to improve employer/employee locations, enable safety features, and prevent and detect fraud. we collect the employer/employee location data, and links location data collected during the service with their account, even if the employer/employee has not enabled us to collect location data from their device. This enables us to offer services to the employer/employee like receipt generation and customer support.

2.1.2. Information Third Parties provide about You:

We may, from time to time, supplement the information we collect about you through our website or Mobile Application or Services with outside records from third parties.

2.1.3. Information Collected By Mobile Application:

 Our Services are primarily provided through the Mobile Application. We may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to, technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to such Mobile Applications.

 When you use any of our Mobile Applications, the Mobile Application may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device (“Mobile Device Information”), in addition to the Device Information, including without limitation:

COOKIE AND OTHER POLICY:

Consumer online activity today is fragmented across different devices and platforms. Members’ exposure to marketing on one device often results in engagement (such as a visit to the advertiser page and/or purchase of their product) on a different device. For members who have not logged in to Jobox Hire, the Jobox Hire cookie is absent, so identification is not possible. For members who are not logged in to Jobox Hire and are outside the Designated Countries, we infer the association between the member and the device. This inference is used to measure the effectiveness of ads (by attributing engagement on one device to an ad seen on another), to provide analytics that don’t identify you, and to serve relevant ads on and off Jobox Hire. Our identity graph technology does not seek to infer interests. Jobox Hire Marketing Solutions only personalizes ads for our members. We do not seek to profile non-members, and we also do not create or enhance behavioral profiles of members with Jobox Hire data.

What Data Is Collected for Identity Interference?

Below are the key observation data fields collected to probabilistically infer identity.

 Operating system, device make and model (User Agent)

 Time of access (Time Stamp)

 Page URL or application name, as applicable

How is this data used to infer identity?

The probabilistic identity graph technology forms likely pairs/associations of IDs (such as a Google Ad ID on Android, cookies on browsers) to the same device and devices to the same user or group. More importantly, this is done such that we don’t have in this system an understanding of which specific user (as identified by their member information) or group is involved.

Data protection policies

Data collected is immediately pseudonymized. Due to the pseudonymization, the algorithms can at best learn which devices (and identifiers) likely belong to the same person (or device) or group and not who the individual is. Pseudonymized data in the graph processing line is highly confidential and strict access control policies are enforced.

How do you use probabilistic identity inferences?

This inference of identity is used to measure the effectiveness of ads, provide analytics that do not identify you, and serve relevant ads on and off Jobox Hire. Jobox Hire's services require data to flow from the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland to the United States (U.S.) and back. To ensure that EU personal data is protected when transferred outside the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation mandates that such transfers take place using certain legal mechanisms described on the EU Commission’s website.

Standard Contractual Clauses

Jobox Hire relies on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses as a legal mechanism for data transfers from the EU, GDPR, Swiss DPA and FDPIC. These clauses are contractual commitments between companies transferring personal data binding them to protect the privacy and security of the data. Jobox Hire companies adopted Standard Contractual Clauses so that the data flows necessary to provide, maintain, and develop our services take place legally.
